Does Red Hot offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping to a range of countries, all details of which can be found on our Shipping Policy.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note International deliveries may take slightly longer to arrive.
How are your delivery fees calculated?

Why have I received additional charges for my international order?
Depending on your local customs office, Additional custom duty charges may incur in your country. These are borne to the customer and accepted at checkout. For more information please read our Shipping Policy.
How do I make a return?
Based on current laws, we cannot accept exchanges/returns of used, or worn underwear unless deemed defective by us or from shipment.
Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Defective merchandise (this rarely ever happens) will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds for accepted returns will be applied as credit towards future purchases, or to the original payment method only.

My order has an item missing?
Firstly, our apologies for this inconvenience, please email us at contact@redhot100.com letting us know what has been misplaced and we will send this out at our expense at the earliest convenience.
What information do I need to register for an account?

Don’t worry about filling out the rest of your account information right away—shipping, billing, and address can be provided later, for example at checkout with your order.. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.
How do I change my account login information?

Please note that your email subscriptions will be sent to your new email address and any emails related to the order will go to the email address provided at checkout.
